• Our design team will create maps (renderings) for approval

• A quote including price & ETA will be supplied

• A strike off (3’x5’) will be produced within 4-8 weeks

• Client/Designer will check strike-off for colour, scale and design

Upon order of final carpet, a 50% deposit will be taken

As hand-knotted carpets do take time, the lead time will be determined by a number of factors (loom availability, size, knots per square inch, design complexity). You will be provided an ETA on your formal quote sheet. All our custom rugs are made in India. No child labour is ever used.

When your carpet arrives in Vancouver it will undergo final inspection. We will arrange for balance of payment and pickup or delivery.
